Audit Scope: This audit assesses the involvement of Sky Group (a wholly owned subsidiary of Comcast Corporation) and its parent entity in activities connected to the Israeli Defence Forces (IDF), Israeli Ministry of Defence (IMOD), settlement activity, and related military or security supply chains within the framework of international humanitarian law accountability.

Direct Defence Contracting & Procurement

No public evidence identified of any contract, tender award, framework agreement, or formal memorandum of understanding between Sky, Comcast Corporation, or any subsidiary and the Israeli Ministry of Defence, Israel Defence Forces, Israel Prison Service, Israel Border Police, or any other Israeli state security body 12. Site-specific searches of the SIBAT defence export registry (sibaat.mod.gov.il) for “Comcast,” “NBCUniversal,” or “Sky Group” returned zero results across multiple search iterations.
