EA’s current Global Human Rights Statement says its commitment applies wherever it does business, prohibits employment discrimination on listed protected grounds, and describes employee channels for raising concerns.1 The statement is not a conflict-specific communication.1 EA’s content-moderation page prohibits hateful conduct and bullying, describes automated and human review, and provides appeal routes, but does not describe Israel/Palestine-specific rules, enforcement actions, government requests, or statistics.2

EA’s FY2026 subsidiary exhibit did not identify Electronic Arts Israel Ltd’s address, activities, employees, customers, distribution arrangements, active or dormant status, or operations in any specific Israeli or Palestinian location.15 A non-primary commercial-database lead reported voluntary liquidation on 30 April 2026 and identified Jacob Schatz as a director, but its translation disclaimer and the absence of an Israeli Companies Authority extract leave both points unverified.16

FEC records show that Jacob Schatz, identified in EA filings as Executive Vice President of Global Affairs and Chief Legal Officer, contributed $5,000 to the Entertainment Software Association PAC on 2 December 2025.27, 3 The FEC filing identifies ESA PAC as the recipient but does not identify the contribution as Israel/Palestine-related.27 no public evidence identified of EA lobbying concerning Israel/Palestine, anti-BDS measures, settlements, or regional trade legislation in the reviewed SEC and German-register material.3, 26

The cited 2019 materials describe CCFP - not an individual event - as an organization co-founded by Steve Schnur and David Renzer.5, 6 The contemporaneous Billboard account described CCFP’s second annual “Ambassadors of Peace” gala, held on 26 September 2019; it identified Schnur as an EA music executive, reported that CCFP was founded by Schnur and Renzer, and stated that the organization worked to counter the BDS boycott of Israel.6 The source therefore establishes the gala as the event, but does not establish that Schnur co-founded the gala itself.6

Contemporaneous reporting further described Schnur, Renzer, and Ran Geffen-Lifshitz forming CCFP after discussing BDS and CCFP contacting performers booked in Tel Aviv to counter cancellation pressure.4 Jewish Journal described CCFP as a Los Angeles nonprofit co-founded by Schnur and Renzer and reported that it responded to BDS campaigns seeking to persuade performers to cancel Israel concerts.5 CCFP’s own leadership page states that Schnur and Renzer founded the organization and describes support for artistic freedom as part of its stated mission.7

Corporate Structure & Primary Mission

Before the take-private transaction, EA’s June 2025 proxy reported over-five-percent beneficial ownership by Vanguard at 11.60%, Saudi Arabia’s Public Investment Fund (PIF) at 9.87%, BlackRock at 8.91%, and State Street at 5.97%.31 A merger proxy reported that PIF held 24,807,932 EA shares, or 9.95%, as of 25 September 2025, with sole voting and dispositive power.32

The September 2025 merger filing records that PIF, Silver Lake-affiliated funds, and Affinity-affiliated funds each severally committed equity financing to capitalize Parent, while PIF agreed to contribute its pre-existing EA shares to Parent in exchange for equity in a newly formed Parent holding entity.29 A July 2026 filing reported regulatory approvals and an expected closing.33 On 4 August 2026, Oak-Eagle MergerCo merged into EA, leaving EA as a wholly owned subsidiary of Oak-Eagle AcquireCo, Inc.28 The completion filing identifies the investor consortium behind Parent and Merger Sub as PIF, Silver Lake-affiliated private funds, and Affinity Partners-affiliated private funds.28 PIF’s own announcement also confirmed completion of the acquisition by PIF, Silver Lake, and Affinity Partners.30

The closing filing states that approximately $55 billion of consideration was funded through equity and debt financing, without allocating ownership percentages or governance rights among consortium participants.28 EA subsequently filed a Form 15 reporting one holder of record and seeking termination of Exchange Act registration and suspension of reporting obligations.34 PIF’s completion announcement does not state resulting percentage ownership or appoint a new EA board.30

A Moroccan Competition Council notice described Oak-Eagle as a newly formed Delaware entity controlled exclusively by PIF and owned by PIF, Silver Lake, and Affinity Partners.35 Its subsequent Official Gazette decision likewise described PIF, through Oak-Eagle, as acquiring indirect sole control of EA while identifying PIF, Silver Lake, and Affinity as owners of the acquiring company.36 These official competition records establish PIF’s exclusive control for merger-control purposes, but do not disclose post-closing equity percentages, voting allocation, board seats, shareholder agreements, veto rights, or Affinity’s operational-governance rights.36, 35

EA’s May 2026 filing identified Andrew Wilson as CEO and Board Chair, Stuart Canfield as CFO, Laura Miele as President of EA Entertainment & Central Development, Mala Singh as Chief People Officer, Jacob Schatz as Executive Vice President of Global Affairs, Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary, and Eric Kelly as Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer.3 EA’s 2025 proxy listed Kofi A. Bruce, Rachel A. Gonzalez, Jeffrey T. Huber, Talbott Roche, Richard A. Simonson, Luis A. Ubiñas, Heidi J. Ueberroth, and Andrew Wilson as directors.31

At the August 2026 merger closing, Kofi Bruce, Rachel A. Gonzalez, Jeffrey Huber, Talbott Roche, Richard Simonson, Luis Ubiñas, and Heidi Ueberroth resigned as directors.28 The completion filing did not identify a post-closing board, replacement director slate, or confirm Andrew Wilson’s post-closing CEO or chair status.28 EA’s 2025 proxy did not name founder Trip Hawkins, and the reviewed sources did not independently substantiate a current EA governance, ownership, foundation, or political role for him.31

During earlier CCFP activity, reporting identified Steve Schnur as an EA music executive.4, 5, 6 EA’s 2025 press release identifies him as “Worldwide Executive and President of Music for Electronic Arts,” while an SXSW 2026 biography described him as EA’s Worldwide President of Music & Marketing since 2001.8, 11 These sources establish a senior music and marketing title, but not that Schnur was an EA director, SEC-named executive officer, or held disclosed authority to bind EA politically; he was not included among the named officers in EA’s FY2026 Form 10-K.3, 8, 11

Public reporting continued to identify Schnur as a CCFP co-founder after 2019.9, 10 Variety’s September 2024 account of CCFP’s sixth “Ambassadors of Peace” event identified him as an EA music chief and CCFP founder, describing CCFP as working to persuade performers to bypass Israel-performance boycott efforts.10 Jerusalem Post reported in February 2025 that Schnur appeared at the Grammy Awards wearing a yellow pin honoring Gaza hostages and identified him as both a CCFP co-founder and EA Worldwide Executive/Music President.9 no public evidence identified in the targeted retrievals of Schnur’s resignation, removal, or cessation of association with CCFP; the record confirms public identification as co-founder through February 2025, but does not independently establish continuation after that date.9, 10

SEC filings identify Affinity-affiliated private funds as consortium members but do not name Jared Kushner personally as an EA owner, director, or officer.28, 29 A 2024 House Oversight Democratic-staff letter describes Kushner as Affinity’s founder and sole owner, but that statement is contained in congressional staff correspondence rather than a post-closing EA ownership filing.38 Silver Lake’s 4 August 2026 completion release identifies Kushner as Affinity’s CEO and quotes him regarding support for EA’s growth, audiences, creators, and play; it contains no Israel/Palestine policy statement.37 no public evidence identified in the retrieved post-closing records of Kushner or Affinity conducting Israel/Palestine-related advocacy during EA ownership.36, 35, 37

Axios reported that Kushner founded the Abraham Accords Peace Institute in 2021 to promote normalization between Israel, the UAE, Bahrain, and Morocco, and reported in April 2025 that Heritage would acquire the institute.39 CTech reported that Affinity, led by Kushner, acquired approximately 9.9% of Israel’s Phoenix Financial in stages in July 2024 and January 2025, sold 2.45% in July 2026, and remained a shareholder at the article’s publication.40 That reported investment concerns an Israeli financial-services company, not verified evidence of an investment in an Israeli defence, surveillance, cyber, settlement, military-welfare, or state-security company.40 A 2026 House Judiciary Democratic-staff letter states that Affinity invested in Israeli companies closely tied to the military and defence establishment, but the retrieved material neither identifies the companies nor supplies transaction documentation; it is therefore an unresolved lead, not verified evidence of a specific defence-linked investment attributable to Kushner, Affinity, or EA.41
