Research cut-off: 21 October 2026.

Globus Medical, Inc. is a Delaware corporation and the SEC registrant for NYSE: GMED.1 Its 2025 Form 10-K states that the group includes consolidated subsidiaries and that NuVasive became a wholly owned subsidiary through the 1 September 2023 merger.2 Globus completed its acquisition of Nevro Corp. on 3 April 2025.3

The historical Israel nexus is direct but dated. SEC subsidiary exhibits list Globus Medical Israel Ltd/Limited in Israel in 2012 [pre-2020], 2015 [pre-2020], 2018 [pre-2020] and 2021.4, 5, 6, 7 Current legal status of that historical Israeli subsidiary remains unresolved: the registry-mirror page cited by the worker could not be independently retrieved, so its dissolution and company-number claims are not retained as verified findings. Globus’s 2024 and 2025-year-end significant-subsidiary lists do not name an Israel subsidiary, but those exhibits expressly omit subsidiaries that are not significant and therefore do not establish complete absence of an Israel operation.8, 9 The current Globus international office page also does not list an Israel office.10

NuVasive became a wholly owned Globus subsidiary on 1 September 2023, as its merger-completion filing confirms.11 no public evidence identified in the reviewed source set of a NuVasive Israel military end user, IMOD/IDF contract, or Israel-domiciled NuVasive subsidiary.

Nevro became controlled by Globus after the April 2025 acquisition.1, 3 Nevro’s pre-acquisition subsidiary exhibit listed entities in Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Australia, Germany, Costa Rica and the United States, but not Israel.12 Nevro describes HFX/Senza as spinal-cord-stimulation treatment for chronic pain and identifies commercial availability in Europe, Australia and the United States.13 no public evidence identified in the reviewed source set of an Israeli military/security end user for Nevro products.

Direct Defence Contracting & Procurement

Ministry of Defence / IDF / security-body contracts: no public evidence identified of a verified Globus Medical, NuVasive or Nevro contract, tender award, framework agreement or memorandum with the Israeli Ministry of Defense, IDF, Israel Prison Service or Border Police.

The worker surfaced a possible Sheba Medical Center lead in a registry-mirror search result, but the page could not be independently retrieved and no primary procurement record was established. The lead remains unresolved and does not establish a paid procurement contract, military purchaser or military deployment.

Defence trade directories: no public evidence identified of the target in an Israeli defence-export directory or defence procurement registry.

Official cooperation announcements: no public evidence identified of defence cooperation with an Israeli state-security entity. Globus’s own current corporate description presents the group as a musculoskeletal medical-technology company serving spine, orthopedic trauma, joint reconstruction, biologics and enabling-technology markets.14

Dual-Use Products & Tactical Variants

Globus publicly describes ExcelsiusGPS and related enabling technologies as surgical robotics/navigation platforms used for trajectory alignment and patient care, alongside spine and biologics products.15 The company also describes its product development around medical implants, imaging, navigation, robotics and surgery.14 no public evidence identified of ruggedised, tactical, mil-spec or defence-grade variants marketed to Israeli security forces.

No public evidence identified of Israel-specific military end-user certificates, export-licence applications or export-control reviews for Globus, NuVasive or Nevro products.

The reviewed evidence supports civilian medical use. It does not establish that a civilian device could never be procured by a military healthcare system; no such Israeli military procurement was verified here.

Heavy Machinery, Construction & Infrastructure

Globus’s disclosed business is medical technology rather than heavy construction machinery.14, 15 no public evidence identified of Globus, NuVasive or Nevro equipment being used to build, maintain or demolish settlements, barriers, checkpoints, military installations or other infrastructure in occupied territory.

No public evidence identified of construction, engineering, checkpoint, detention-facility, military-base or settlement-infrastructure contracts.

Supply Chain Integration with Defence Primes

No public evidence identified of Globus Medical, NuVasive or Nevro supplying components, sub-systems, raw materials or specialist manufacturing services to Elbit Systems, Israel Aerospace Industries, Rafael or IMI/Elbit Land.

No public evidence identified of joint development, co-production, technology transfer or licensed manufacturing with an Israeli defence prime.

Logistical Sustainment & Base Services

No public evidence identified of Globus Medical, NuVasive or Nevro providing catering, transport, fuel, waste, facilities, telecoms, freight forwarding, port handling or other logistical sustainment to IDF/security installations.

No public evidence identified of such services in the West Bank, East Jerusalem, Golan Heights or Negev.

Munitions, Weapons Systems & Strategic Platforms

Globus’s current public product scope is surgical and musculoskeletal care, including implants, trauma, biologics, imaging/navigation and robotics.14, 15 Nevro’s HFX/Senza products are described as chronic-pain spinal-cord-stimulation systems.13 no public evidence identified of the group manufacturing or supplying weapons, munitions, explosive precursors, missile-defence components, combat-aircraft components, tank/warship components, fire-control systems, targeting AI, guidance electronics or other purpose-built kinetic systems to Israel.

No public evidence identified of a government decision granting, denying, suspending or revoking an arms/export licence for Globus Medical, NuVasive or Nevro products to an Israeli military/security end user.

No public evidence identified of sanctions/arms-embargo enforcement, an OECD NCP matter, or a court/judicial-review proceeding concerning an Israeli defence-supply relationship of the target.

Civil Society Scrutiny & Documented Investigations

No public evidence identified in these bounded checks. Target-specific live-web queries were run for the OHCHR settlement database, A/HRC/59/23, Who Profits and AFSC. No responsive Globus Medical result surfaced in the returned search set. That search outcome is not treated as proof of absence from every historic or non-indexed version. The action limit was reached before separate PAX, Al-Haq, BankTrack and Don’t Buy Into Occupation checks could be completed.

No public evidence identified in the reviewed source set of an organised boycott, divestment or institutional exclusion campaign specifically grounded in Globus Medical’s Israeli defence activity.

No public evidence identified of a Globus corporate response, contract termination or end-use-monitoring commitment prompted by criticism of Israeli military supply.

The 2026 SEC proxy independently confirms director Daniel T. Lemaitre’s prior executive roles at Israel-based BlueWind Medical.16 Controlling-principal review found a civilian Israel connection: Globus director Daniel T. Lemaitre served as CEO of BlueWind Medical, which Globus describes as an Israel-based neuromodulation company, from January 2020 to September 2024, after serving as executive chair from September 2018 [pre-2020] to January 2020.17 This source does not identify BlueWind as a defence company or show an Israeli military-channel act by Lemaitre. The same board biography records James R. Tobin’s U.S. Navy service from 1968 to 1972 [pre-2020], with no reviewed evidence connecting that service to Israel or an Israeli defence enterprise.17 Current management biographies for David C. Paul, Keith Pfeil, Kyle Kline and Kelly Huller describe medical-device, finance, legal and business backgrounds; no Israel military-channel activity is stated on that page.18
