An Israeli Government Procurement Administration notice records Israel Police’s intention to procure “CDR systems of BOSH,” naming Ledico Ltd. as the supplier exclusively authorized by BOSH to market the product in Israel.²⁶ The notice specified an intended period from 18 August 2020 through 1 January 2023 and a listed procurement value of zero.²⁶ It documents an intended sole-supplier procurement rather than proof of award, delivery, payment, renewal, successor procurement, or current activity, and it must not be characterized as an IDF or Ministry of Defense contract.²⁶

Bosch’s leadership page, effective 1 July 2026, identifies Christian Fischer as chair of the board of management and lists Markus Forschner, Stefan Grosch, Markus Heyn, Frank Meyer, Tanja Rückert, and Katja von Raven as the other board members.³⁵ Fischer’s official profile states that his responsibilities include corporate strategy, corporate communications, governmental affairs, the Consumer Goods sector, and BSH Home Appliances GmbH, and that he has been a shareholder of Robert Bosch Industrietreuhand KG since 1 January 2022.³⁶
