BREAD FACTORY LIMITED is a separate active English company, incorporated on 13 August 1996, with the same Hendon registered office and a bread/pastry manufacturing SIC classification; Bread Limited is also its sole active PSC with 75% or more of shares.³⁴ Bread Limited is controlled on the statutory PSC register by Bread Acquisitions Limited, while Bread Holdings is controlled through Grain Bidco, Grain Midco, and Grain Topco.^{13, 14, 15, 34}

The reviewed Companies House records identify English companies, UK registered offices, and UK SIC classifications throughout this disclosed Gail’s/Bread/Grain chain.^{32, 13, 14, 15, 34} no public evidence identified of an Israeli-incorporated operating subsidiary or acquired Israeli manufacturer, consumer brand, food business, technology company, or infrastructure company within the verified statutory chain; the unavailable 2025 consolidated-account PDFs remain an evidence gap for a complete subsidiary review.^{2, 32, 13, 14, 15, 34}
