No public evidence identified of a named Greenkote contract, tender award, framework agreement, or memorandum of understanding with the Israeli Ministry of Defense, the Israel Defense Forces, the Israel Prison Service, the Border Police, or other Israeli security bodies in the public materials reviewed.12345

The public UK Companies House register for Greenkote Limited shows a standard company record, officer filings, charge filings, and current filing-history materials, but the reviewed materials do not disclose an Israeli defence procurement relationship or security-sector contract award.1675

A historical secondary-source claim says Greenkote provided products and services to the Israeli army, but the cited Who Profits company-database page states its information was valid only until 30 December 2011 and no underlying public contract, tender number, procurement notice, official press release, or filing was identified in the memo to independently verify that assertion.8

OHCHR’s 30 June 2023 database update lists Greenkote P.L.C. under activity code (g) in the settlement-business database materials reviewed.18

The OHCHR press release dated 26 September 2025 states that the database was updated through 30 April 2025 and continued to include 158 enterprises, while the linked 2025 UN reporting trail reviewed in the memo supports that Greenkote remained on the updated list.19202122

The specific public-facing 2025 OHCHR press material reviewed does not set out Greenkote’s precise qualifying conduct beyond its inclusion in the updated database materials.1920

Current Israeli corporate-registry aggregator materials reviewed show GREENKOTE (ISRAEL) LTD. as active, incorporated on 10 May 1999, with the last annual report shown as 2024 and an address in Caesarea.23

Who Profits maintains a company page connecting Greenkote to Barkan and to the Israeli army, but the page is historical and the memo did not verify the army-supply claim through a primary source.8
