Request ID: 6b328ea9-1e49-4a56-a4bb-ef5292452fc0 Audit date: 6 October 2026 Target: Tonic Health (tonichealth.co), legal operator Tonic Nutrition Ltd (12174856) Controlling principal: Sunna van Kampen

Scope and identity

[pre-2020] Companies House identifies Tonic Nutrition Ltd (12174856) as an active UK private company incorporated on 27 August 2019. Its registered activities are manufacture of basic pharmaceutical products and other human-health activities; the company remains active in 2026.1 Companies House lists Sunna van Kampen as an active director and Bradley James Waldron as an active director.2 Sunna van Kampen is the sole active person with significant control, with more than 50% but less than 75% of both shares and voting rights.3 The filing history shows continuing filings through 2026.4

Tonic’s current site identifies Sunna van Kampen as its founder and frames the company as a vitamin/supplement brand focused on nutrition, product formulation and consumer health.5, 6 Sunna’s Companies House appointment history includes older entities with similar names, but no current parent company is identified in Tonic Nutrition Ltd’s PSC record; those separate entities are not treated as current group companies for this audit.3, 7

The unrelated Spalding health charity using the similar name “Tonic Health,” healthcare-software businesses, and unrelated “TonicGreens” promotional PDFs were excluded from the evidence base. Retailer pages are used only for direct product-origin/manufacturer information about Tonic-branded goods; no retailer, vendor, investor or lender conduct is attributed to Tonic. The target boundary is the UK company and consumer vitamin brand identified by the official records and brand site.1, 5

Corporate Communications & Public Stance

Statements

2025–2026: Tonic’s current “About” and founder-story pages describe its mission in terms of health, nutrition, stronger formulations, consumer education and criticism of the food/supplement industry.5, 6 Its current homepage and blog index are likewise centered on vitamins, nutrition, sleep, immunity, children’s health and related consumer-health topics.8, 9 A 2026 Tonic campaign page for its “Stop the Scam” pop-up describes a public-facing campaign challenging practices in the wellness industry and promoting health-product transparency.10

Israel-Palestine: no public evidence identified of an official Tonic Health or Tonic Nutrition Ltd statement supporting Israel, supporting Palestinians, addressing Gaza, calling for a ceasefire, opposing BDS, endorsing BDS, or otherwise taking a corporate position on the conflict in the official communications and targeted searches reviewed.5, 6, 8, 9, 10

Comparative Silence

No reliable public Tonic corporate stance was identified on Ukraine, Russia, Black Lives Matter or a comparable geopolitical conflict that would support a documented comparison. The reviewed public communications demonstrate willingness to campaign publicly on consumer-health and food-industry issues, but that subject matter is not a geopolitical comparator.8, 9, 10

A separate, material commercial connection to Israel exists through manufacture of specific Tonic products, documented in Section 2. That manufacturing evidence does not by itself establish a political position. Because no comparable geopolitical statements were identified, no double-standard conclusion is drawn.11, 8, 9, 10

Market Framing

2026: Tonic’s current product pages for Kids Multi Gummies and Adult Multivitamin Gummies emphasize ingredients, dosage, health benefits and product attributes. In the retrieved text, those pages do not state country of origin.12, 13 A directly retrievable Boots-hosted Tonic Kids Multi product-information PDF contains packaging stating “Made in Israel for Tonic Nutrition Ltd.”11 The packaging PDF is undated, so it is reported only as supply-chain context for the product represented by that label and is not treated as a political statement or proof that every current batch or other Tonic SKU is Israeli-made.

Operations in Occupied or Contested Territories

Territorial Presence

Undated packaging, directly retrievable 6 October 2026: A Boots-hosted Tonic Kids Multi product-information PDF contains packaging stating that the product was “Made in Israel for Tonic Nutrition Ltd.”11 Tonic’s current Kids Multi product page confirms that Kids Multi remains in its active range, but the Tonic page itself does not state country of origin.12

The retained evidence establishes Israeli manufacture for the Kids Multi product represented by that packaging. Because the packaging PDF is undated, it does not establish that every current Kids Multi batch or other Tonic SKU is Israeli-made. It also does not identify the Israeli manufacturer, factory address, ownership of the manufacturer, production volume, contract value, military customer, government customer, or location in the occupied Palestinian territory.12, 11

Settlement/OPT nexus: no public evidence identified that the manufacturing site for the cited Tonic products is in an Israeli settlement, East Jerusalem, the West Bank, the Golan Heights, or another occupied/contested territory. Tonic Health, Tonic Nutrition Ltd and Sunna van Kampen were not identified in the OHCHR 2023 settlement-business update or the A/HRC/59/23 report searches conducted for this audit.14, 15 Targeted checks of AFSC Investigate, Who Profits and the BDS Movement’s corporate-priority guide also did not identify the target.16, 17, 18, 19

No public evidence identified of litigation, regulatory action, UN listing, OECD complaint or other legal scrutiny concerning Tonic’s Israeli manufacturing or any alleged operations in occupied territory.14, 15, 16, 17, 18

Civil Society & Boycott Campaign History

No public evidence identified of an organized boycott, divestment or sanctions campaign specifically targeting Tonic Health or Tonic Nutrition Ltd. The target was not identified in the AFSC Investigate or Who Profits database checks or in the BDS Movement corporate-priority guide reviewed for this audit.16, 17, 18, 19

Internal Governance, Content & Retail Policies

Employee Relations

No public evidence identified of Tonic Health disciplining, dismissing or otherwise acting against employees for pro-Palestinian or pro-Israel speech, symbols, organizing or union activity.2, 9, 16, 18

Platform & Editorial Policy

Tonic’s public business model and current site are those of a consumer-health/supplement brand rather than a social-media, search, mapping or user-content platform.1, 5, 8 no public evidence identified of algorithmic moderation, content suppression, platform-policy disputes or regulatory inquiries concerning Israel-Palestine.5, 8, 9

Retail & Supply Chain Practices

The material public supply-chain fact identified is the Boots-hosted Kids Multi label stating “Made in Israel for Tonic Nutrition Ltd.”11 no public evidence identified of Tonic selling products sourced from an Israeli settlement, using settlement-origin labeling, mislabeling settlement goods, or facing a regulator/court action over Israel/Palestine product-origin labeling. The cited packaging identifies Israel but does not identify a settlement or OPT production site.11

Brand Heritage & State Partnerships

Marketing Positioning

Tonic’s current brand narrative is built around nutrition, supplements, product efficacy and consumer-health education.5, 6, 8 no public evidence identified that it uses military heritage, defence-sector origins, intelligence-service links or state-security history in its commercial branding.5, 6, 8

Institutional Ties & Sponsorships

No public evidence identified of Tonic Health or Tonic Nutrition Ltd receiving Israeli state honors, hosting Israeli government officials in an official corporate capacity, entering a non-commercial partnership with an Israeli government/state academic institution, or sponsoring a “Brand Israel” or comparable state-backed public-relations campaign.5, 6, 8, 15, 18

Israeli manufacture of the Kids Multi product represented by the cited packaging is a commercial supply-chain fact and, without additional evidence, does not establish a state partnership.11

Lobbying, Advocacy, Financing & Logistics

Political Lobbying

No public evidence identified of Tonic Health, Tonic Nutrition Ltd or Sunna van Kampen lobbying on Israel-Palestine policy, anti-BDS legislation, sanctions, trade restrictions or settlement policy. No public evidence identified of a leadership role by the target or controlling principal in AIPAC, CFI, FIDF, JNF/KKL, ADL anti-Palestinian advocacy, USISTF, Regavim, Im Tirtzu or a comparable pressure group.3, 5, 16, 17, 18, 19

Financial Contributions

No public evidence identified of corporate or principal donations to the IDF, FIDF, JNF/KKL, Lev Echad, Israeli reservist funds, settlement organizations, military-welfare bodies or comparable entities.3, 5, 16, 17, 18, 19

Crisis Asset Mobilization

No public evidence identified of Tonic directing cash, products, logistics, free services, transport, infrastructure or other corporate assets to the Israeli state, IDF/IMOD, military units, reservists or state-aligned NGOs during the Gaza war.5, 8, 9, 16, 18

Constructive Notice

No retained source establishes that the Israeli manufacture shown on the undated Kids Multi packaging continued after 19 July 2024 or after November 2024.11 No political conduct was identified to assess as continuing or escalating after either legal milestone. The manufacturing evidence is recorded as supply-chain context only.

Corporate Structure & Primary Mission

Foundational Mandate

Tonic Nutrition Ltd is an active private company, with Sunna van Kampen as the sole active PSC holding more than 50% but less than 75% of shares and voting rights.1, 3 Its current public mission is consumer health, nutrition and supplement products.5, 6, 8

No public evidence identified in the reviewed corporate records or public mission materials of a state-held golden share, state ownership, founding mandate to advance Israeli geopolitical objectives, or charter purpose tied to Israeli state infrastructure.1, 3, 4, 5

Group Attribution

Companies House lists Sunna van Kampen’s other appointments, including older/dissolved entities, but the current Tonic Nutrition Ltd PSC record identifies Sunna personally rather than a corporate parent.3, 7 No current parent, subsidiary or franchise group was identified that can be attributed to Tonic for Political purposes on the evidence reviewed. No conduct from investors, lenders, retailers, vendors or unrelated same-name entities is attributed to the target.

Executive & Leadership Footprint

Personal Philanthropy & Financing

Sunna van Kampen is the controlling principal for this audit because he is founder/director and the sole active PSC with majority control.2, 3, 5, 6 no public evidence identified of personal donations, family-foundation grants, fundraising or investment by van Kampen for the IDF/FIDF, JNF/KKL, settlement organizations, Israeli reservist funds, pro-Israel pressure groups, Israeli defence firms or surveillance firms.3, 7, 16, 17, 18, 19

Public Advocacy & Statements

No public evidence identified of a verifiable public statement, op-ed, signed letter or retrievable social-media post by Sunna van Kampen advocating for Israel, for Palestinian political causes, for or against BDS, for settlement policy, or for military action in Gaza.5, 6, 9, 16, 18, 19 Tonic’s current public materials strongly associate van Kampen with the brand and its health/nutrition advocacy, but the reviewed materials do not show Israel-Palestine political advocacy.5, 6, 10

Board Memberships & Affiliations

Companies House lists Bradley James Waldron as an active director alongside van Kampen.2 no public evidence identified tying either active director to a board, advisory or leadership role in a geopolitical pressure group, settlement organization, military-welfare organization or state-aligned Israel advocacy body.2, 3, 16, 18, 19

Dated ownership and governance supplement

The replacement confirmation filing records 62 registered holdings totalling 290,695 shares: 190,695 A Ordinary and 100,000 B Ordinary. On that dated share count, Sunna van Kampen held 100,000 B shares, a historical share-count ratio of 34.4003%; Tom Singh and Anna Singh together held 25,727 A shares, 8.8502%; Lucy Mercey and Joseph Wray together held 26,002 A shares, 8.9448%; AwesomeAction Limited held 17,292 A shares, 5.9485%; Side By Side Partnership held 8,450 A shares, 2.9068%; and Rubix Venture Partners held 1,625 A shares, 0.5590%. These percentages are calculations against the 290,695-share total in that filing and are not current October 2026 voting, beneficial-ownership or control percentages.20

The dates require separation. The Companies House filing index identifies the confirmation statement as at 26 August 2025 and the replacement filing index date as 6 May 2026; the replacement PDF records receipt on 24 April 2026 and original-document registration on 22 October 2025.20, 21 The current Companies House PSC record supplied by the root reports Sunna van Kampen in the greater-than-50%-and-less-than-75% bands for shares and voting rights, while the dated confirmation share register gives 100,000 of 290,695 registered shares, or 34.4003%. The supplied primary evidence does not reconcile those records, and no exact October 2026 ownership or voting percentage is inferred.20, 22

The articles were adopted on 23 June 2025 and filed on 21 July 2025. They treat A and B as separate ordinary-share classes ranking pari passu subject to stated exceptions. Article 7.3 provides one vote per Equity Share on a poll and contains no B-share vote multiplier.23, 21 The same articles define BSI Shareholders as Lucy Mercey and Joseph Wray and give them jointly one BSI Director appointment right while the specified holding condition continues; this is a joint right to one appointment, not two individual appointment rights or an individual absolute veto.23

Article 22.4 provides a director-appointment route for an Investor other than BSI holding, together with the permitted associated holdings specified by the articles, at least 5% of issued Equity Shares. The articles expressly provide aggregation treatment for Tom Singh with Anna Singh and for Ranjit Munro with Kuldip Singh Dhillon. On the dated 290,695-share register, Tom and Anna’s 25,727 shares exceed 5%, whereas Ranjit Munro and Kuldip Singh Dhillon’s combined 10,234 shares represent 3.5205%. Continuing holdings, status under the separate Shareholders’ Agreement, delivery of any appointment notice and actual exercise of any right are not established by these filings.20, 23

The articles define Investors and Major Investors by reference to a separate Shareholders’ Agreement, so the articles alone do not establish the complete individual membership of those contractual categories. Their Investor Majority definition concerns more than 50% of shares held by Major Investors rather than more than 50% of the company.23 Board quorum ordinarily includes the Founder Director and BSI Director to the extent appointed, but article 24 contains interested-director and adjourned-meeting exceptions, so the provision does not establish an absolute individual veto. Article 24.6 separately gives the eligible Founder Director a second or casting vote on tied board votes; this is a board right and does not create a B-share super-vote under article 7.3.23

The written resolution circulated on 1 April 2026 authorised the directors to allot up to 6,524 additional A Ordinary shares and disapplied the relevant pre-emption provision for that authorised allotment. The filing was registered on 14 May 2026. The resolution is authority to allot, not evidence that all or any of those 6,524 shares were actually issued, paid for or added to the current capital denominator.24

These ownership and governance records establish dated holdings and conditional governance rights only. They do not themselves establish a qualifying political/welfare, military-output, digital-technology or economic-capital/operations act by any shareholder, investor or related person, and they do not establish that any conditional appointment right was exercised. Absence of such evidence from these particular filings is not evidence that no such act or exercise exists elsewhere.20, 23, 24

Article 10.1 requires written majority class consent for variation or abrogation of special class rights, with combined-class treatment when classes are treated alike and exceptions under articles 10.2, 10.3 and 17.6. Sunna’s sole registered B holding makes this a relevant dated formal-right protection, not a universal transaction veto. The articles define SBS as the SidebySide EIS Venture Fund acting through WCS Nominees Limited, represented by The SidebySide Partnership International Limited; that definition does not alone reconcile all registered-holder labels or establish an observer seat, individual veto or beneficial percentage.20, 23

Fresh POL screening of newly documented governance actors

Lucy Penelope Mercey’s current Brendon Street Investments and Juno directorships are governance records only.25, 26 Fresh exact-name searches found no qualifying Israel-Palestine advocacy, donation, anti-BDS activity, relevant lobbying, military-welfare support or settlement support in the opened source set; this does not establish absence of private conduct.25, 26

Companies House identifies Joseph Peter William Wray as a current Boot Room Hospitality director/PSC, and MBN identifies Joe Wray and Will Samler as its operators.27, 28, 29 Fresh Joseph/Boot Room/MBN searches found no qualifying POL act in the opened source set.27, 29 Because the root Tonic snapshot names only Joseph Wray without a unique identifier, no Boot Room/MBN conduct is attributed to the Tonic holder on name similarity alone.27, 30

Rianta’s current materials identify Tom Singh and Anna Singh in its family-office investment context.31 Fresh searches against Israel/Palestine, JNF, UJIA, BICOM, Israel Bonds and related advocacy/donation terms found no qualifying POL act for Tom or Anna in the opened source set; non-public conduct remains unresolved.31

A 2010 search hit for “Peter Tighe” supporting a boycott of goods linked to Israeli settlements identifies the Australian Communications Electrical Plumbing Union national secretary.32 Companies House identifies the Tonic-linked person as Peter Noel Tighe, current director of AwesomeAction Limited (11166287), but no opened source uniquely links him to the Australian union official. That item remains an unlinked identity lead and is not attributed to Peter Noel Tighe, AwesomeAction or Tonic.32, 33 Fresh exact-name Peter Noel Tighe/AwesomeAction searches found no qualifying POL act in the opened source set.33

Earlier named-investor screening - retained bounded findings

The secondary gritt.io Board Observer lead for SidebySide partner Ben Ashworth was screened for Israel-Palestine advocacy, donations, anti-BDS activity, lobbying, settlement support and military-welfare support.34, 35 No public evidence was identified in the opened bounded source set; this does not prove no private conduct.

For Wray, Brendon Street lists him as a director, but its PSC is Juno and Juno records Wray’s PSC cessation in October 2024.36, 37, 38 Maccabi GB says Wray started its 10km Community Fun Run in June 2022 and lent an Olympic torch to the Maccabiah delegation; Israel Bonds/World Zionist Organisation separately sponsored the Fun Zone and Beit Halochem/JNF UK were participating charities.39 The source does not say Wray donated to those bodies, bought Israel Bonds, endorsed settlement policy or lobbied on Israel-Palestine. Nigel Wray is not a directly named holder in the dated register and beneficial/governance attribution through related vehicles remains unresolved; the event is not attributed to Tonic.

Bounded Tom Singh/Rianta and Rubix searches produced no opened source establishing Israel-Palestine advocacy, political donations, military-welfare/settlement support, anti-BDS activity or relevant lobbying. Dated holdings and rights are addressed in the primary supplement; private conduct remains unresolved.40, 41
