• ASM’s FY2023 report identified ASM Service & Support Israel Ltd at 2 Hazaron St, Kiryat Gat 82109, Israel, as a wholly owned subsidiary.³

• ASM’s FY2024 report again listed ASM Services and Support Israel Ltd, with its principal place of business in Kiryat Gat, Israel, at 100% ownership as of 31 December 2024.⁴

• ASM’s 2025 Tax Report lists ASM Services and Support Israel Ltd under Israel and states that listed group entities are directly or indirectly wholly owned by ASM International N.V. and consolidated line by line; it does not provide the entity’s address, customers, contract values, or end uses.⁵

• ASM’s current affiliate list includes “ASM Services Israel” among group entities, but does not provide an address, registration number, directors, or ownership percentage.⁶

• A 2015 statutory annual report listed the Israeli service-and-support entity at “Intel, 2 Hazaron St, Kiryat-Gat 82109,” documenting an address reference rather than a disclosed contract value, equipment scope, duration, or continuing arrangement.⁷

• A Macquarie equipment listing described an ASM International Eagle-12 Rapidfire PECVD asset offered on behalf of Intel Electronics, Ltd. and located in Kiryat Gat, Israel; the listing does not establish ASM as the direct seller, original supply date, customer use, or a current support contract.⁹

• A 2008 SEC exhibit listed ASM Services and Support Israel Ltd as a subsidiary of ASM Europe B.V.; this historical record is consistent with later group disclosures but does not establish current operational arrangements.¹⁰

Lobbying, Advocacy, Financing & Logistics

• ASM’s ethics disclosure records zero spending on “lobbying, interest representation or similar,” political campaigns, political organizations, political candidates, and ballot measures or referendums in each reported year from 2021 to 2025.²

• The same disclosure reports payments to trade associations and tax-exempt groups of €76,000 in 2021, €207,000 in 2022, €200,000 in 2023, €200,000 in 2024, and €186,000 in 2025, without identifying recipients.²

Corporate Structure & Primary Mission

• ASM International N.V. is a Dutch public limited company (naamloze vennootschap) registered with the Netherlands Chamber of Commerce under number 30037466; its LEI record gives its legal and headquarters address as Versterkerstraat 8, 1322 AP Almere, Netherlands.²⁰

• ASM International N.V. is listed on Euronext Amsterdam under the ticker ASM, and it identifies itself as the holding company and parent of the ASM group.^{13, 5}

• ASM’s 2025 Tax Report describes ASM International N.V. as the group’s ultimate parent entity and states that it directly or indirectly holds 100% of the shares in listed group entities, which are consolidated line by line.⁵

• The LEI relationship fields do not identify a direct or ultimate parent and record a “non-consolidating” non-disclosure reason; this does not contradict ASM’s accounting statement that ASM International N.V. is the ASM Group’s ultimate parent, but means the LEI record itself does not identify an upstream parent.^{20, 5}

• A 2006 Schedule 13D reported that founder Arthur H. del Prado, individually and as trustee of Stichting Administratiekantoor ASM International, then held voting and dispositive control over 21.9% of the class; this historical record does not establish the arrangement’s present status.^{19, 18}
