Direct Defence Contracting & Procurement
Israeli Ministry of Defence - M-346 aircraft
[pre-2020] On 16 February 2012, Finmeccanica S.p.A., acting through Alenia Aermacchi, announced that Israel’s Ministry of Defence had selected approximately 30 M-346 advanced trainer aircraft for the Israeli Air Force, replacing the A-4 Skyhawk training fleet.1
[pre-2020] Leonardo-Finmeccanica reported on 9 June 2016 that all 30 aircraft had been delivered and that the 2012 agreement included maintenance, logistics, simulators and training in cooperation with other Israeli and international companies.2
[pre-2020] Israel’s Ministry of Defence independently confirmed receipt of the thirtieth aircraft on 8 June 2016, with first deliveries commencing in 2014.3
[pre-2020] Contemporary reporting described the M-346 acquisition as part of reciprocal defence procurement between Italy and Israel, including Israeli aerospace and surveillance equipment purchases by Italy; the available reporting does not establish that Leonardo itself purchased each reciprocal system.4
Israeli Ministry of Defence - 76/62 naval-gun contract
Leonardo S.p.A. disclosed in its May 2026 shareholder answers that it had signed a contract directly with Israel’s Ministry of Defence in 2019 for 76/62 Super Rapido Multi-Feeding naval systems, spare parts, equipment and training; the company stated that delivery of the naval systems was completed in May 2023, except for one training system that was never delivered.5
Leonardo’s answers distinguished its 2019 contract from a separately alleged US-approved $440 million transaction in 2017, stating that it could not confirm a connection between the two transactions.5
US Army Foreign Military Sales - Israeli heavy-duty tank trailers
On 27 December 2023, the US Army awarded DRS Sustainment Systems Inc., Bridgeton, Missouri, contract W56HZV-24-C-0020 for heavy-duty tank trailers under Foreign Military Sales case IS-ZJY for Israel; the original firm-fixed-price award was $15,375,000, with one bid received and an initial estimated completion date of 22 December 2026.6
The original award was explicitly identified as an Israeli Foreign Military Sales procurement, establishing a military procurement channel through the US Army rather than an ordinary civilian commercial sale.6
On 25 September 2025, the US Army announced a $91,250,000 modification, P00005, to contract W56HZV-24-C-0020, bringing the reported cumulative contract face value to $106,624,999.7, 8
The modification was funded through fiscal-year 2025 Foreign Military Sales for Israel, with work identified in Bridgeton, Missouri, and a revised estimated completion date of 28 February 2029.7, 8
The September 2025 modification represents a documented additional contractual action after 19 July 2024 and after November 2024; the announcement does not identify actual individual trailer-delivery dates.7, 8
The Federal Compass contract record displays approximately $27.9 million in recorded obligations, which differs from the $106,624,999 cumulative face value reported in the September 2025 modification announcement; the publicly reviewed sources do not reconcile these measures.7, 6
Contracting entity and ownership
The direct US Army contractor was DRS Sustainment Systems Inc., which Leonardo DRS Inc. identified as a subsidiary in its fiscal-year 2024 SEC Exhibit 21.1.9
Leonardo S.p.A.’s 2024 consolidated financial statements identify DRS Sustainment Systems Inc. as wholly owned by Engineered Support Systems Inc., itself wholly owned by Leonardo DRS Inc.10
The same consolidation schedule identifies Leonardo DRS Inc. under Leonardo US Holding LLC and records a 71.59% attributable Leonardo group interest in Leonardo DRS at 31 December 2024.10
The disclosed subsidiary structure therefore connects the Israeli tank-trailer procurement to Leonardo’s consolidated corporate group, while DRS Sustainment Systems Inc. remains the identified direct contracting entity.6, 9, 10

Defence directories and additional procurement
The retrieved procurement evidence establishes direct aircraft and naval-system relationships independently of any inference from Israeli defence-trade directory listings.2, 5
The US Army’s Israeli Foreign Military Sales contract W56HZV-24-C-0020 additionally establishes a separate military logistics procurement relationship involving Leonardo subsidiary DRS Sustainment Systems Inc.7, 6, 10
No public evidence identified of a separately verified Leonardo contract with the Israel Prison Service or Israeli Border Police.
No public evidence identified of a specific SIBAT directory listing proving an additional Leonardo contract.
[pre-2020] On 27 March 2020, the US Department of Defense announced a $12,260,545 firm-fixed-price contract awarded to DRS Sustainment Systems Inc., St. Louis, Missouri, for trailers, tools and spare parts under contract W56HZV-20-C-0056. The award was funded through fiscal-year 2020 Foreign Military Sales for Israel, with work in St. Louis and an estimated completion date of 31 December 2021. This establishes an additional, earlier Israeli military logistics procurement involving Leonardo DRS’s subsidiary. The announcement identifies a contracted procurement but does not confirm completed production, delivery or acceptance by Israeli forces.11
On 12 September 2024, the US Defense Security Cooperation Agency issued Transmittal 24-73, announcing State Department approval of a possible $164.6 million Foreign Military Sale of heavy-duty tank trailers (HDTTs) and related equipment to Israel. The notification explicitly identified Leonardo DRS, Arlington, Virginia, as the prospective principal contractor. It described an existing $40.1 million Foreign Military Sales case, IS-B-ZJY, which Israel had requested to expand with additional trailers. The package included trailers, spare and repair parts, tool kits, driver tools, corrosion protection, technical documentation, government assistance, logistics support and storage. The $164.6 million represented the estimated value of the combined programme, including the original case, rather than evidence of an additional contract for that amount. The notification confirmed approval of a potential sale and congressional notification, while leaving the final contractual value dependent on subsequent agreements.12, 13
The US Department of Defense subsequently published the congressional notification in the Federal Register on 20 November 2025, identifying the Army as the responsible military department, Foreign Military Financing as the funding source and the trailers as non-Major Defense Equipment. The notification explicitly characterised the additional trailers as a proposed amendment to the previously implemented $40.1 million case and identified Leonardo DRS as principal contractor. The reference to a previously implemented case establishes an earlier Foreign Military Sales arrangement but does not independently demonstrate that equipment had been physically delivered. The separate December 2023 and September 2025 US Army contract announcements establish actual contractual awards to DRS Sustainment Systems Inc.; the proposed-sale notification and those contract awards represent distinct procurement milestones and should not be added together as independently confirmed sales values.13, 14
Dual-Use Products & Tactical Variants
Military aircraft
[pre-2020] Leonardo’s M-346 was supplied to the Israeli Air Force as an advanced military jet trainer, with training and simulation functions specifically designed to prepare military pilots for modern combat aircraft.2
The original Israeli M-346 contract concerned military training aircraft; the cited 2016 contract description does not establish that Israel received an armed M-346 combat variant.2
In February 2023, Leonardo described the M-346 as an advanced fighter-pilot training platform and identified Israel among countries that had ordered the aircraft.15
Tactical radar
Leonardo announced in June 2022 that its subsidiary Leonardo DRS Inc. would combine with RADA Electronic Industries Ltd., an Israeli manufacturer of software-defined military tactical radar systems used in force protection, border surveillance, active military protection and counter-drone applications.16
The Leonardo DRS–RADA merger was completed on 28 November 2022, as recorded in Leonardo DRS’s 2022 SEC Form 10-K and the contemporaneous SEC-filed transaction announcement.17, 18
Nasdaq’s corporate-action notice independently identifies 28 November 2022 as the merger closing date and distinguishes it from 29 November 2022, when the new Leonardo DRS Nasdaq listing became effective.19
Leonardo S.p.A.’s parent-company announcement was dated 29 November 2022 and reported an initial 80.5% ownership interest in the combined business through Leonardo US Holding.20, 21
The merger announcement identified the transaction’s purpose as combining Leonardo DRS capabilities with RADA’s land-based tactical radar portfolio and strengthening Leonardo’s industrial presence in Israel.20
Military transport equipment
DRS Sustainment Systems Inc. received a December 2023 US Army award for heavy-duty tank trailers expressly designated for Israeli Foreign Military Sales, with a further modification announced in September 2025.7, 6
The procurement designation identifies the trailers as military logistics equipment, but the reviewed public records do not specify trailer model, quantities, armoured-vehicle compatibility or operating units.7, 6
End-user distinction
RADA’s military product portfolio is documented, but the cited merger disclosures do not identify a particular radar delivery to the Israeli Ministry of Defence or Israeli armed forces after completion of the transaction.16, 20
The heavy-duty tank-trailer contract differs from incidental civilian resale because the original award expressly identifies Israel as the Foreign Military Sales destination and the September 2025 modification retains that funding designation.7, 6
The reviewed records do not establish whether individual trailers were delivered directly to an Israeli military receiving unit or through an intermediary logistics facility.7, 6
End-user and export-control review
Leonardo’s May 2026 shareholder answers state that Italian authorities suspended new military-export authorisations after October 2023 while previously authorised M-346 contracts remained in execution.5
No public evidence identified of individual end-user certificates for the identified M-346 or naval-gun deliveries.
No public evidence identified of an Israeli procurement contract for a separately identified civilian Leonardo product subsequently converted into a military variant.
No public evidence identified of a publicly disclosed end-user certificate or licence number for individual trailers under contract W56HZV-24-C-0020.
Heavy Machinery, Construction & Infrastructure
Equipment and construction activity
No public evidence identified of Leonardo-manufactured heavy machinery being used to construct, expand or demolish Israeli settlements.
No public evidence identified of Leonardo equipment being used for settlement roadbuilding, barrier construction, checkpoint construction, or demolition within the West Bank, including East Jerusalem, or the occupied Golan Heights.
Military heavy-equipment transport
DRS Sustainment Systems Inc., a Leonardo group subsidiary, held a US Army contract for heavy-duty tank trailers procured through Israeli Foreign Military Sales, originally awarded in December 2023 and expanded through a September 2025 modification.7, 6, 10
The contract identifies a military heavy-equipment transportation capability but does not establish a specific construction, demolition, infrastructure-development or occupied-territory deployment activity.7, 6
Supply channels
No public evidence identified identifying a Leonardo heavy-machinery dealer, distributor, resale intermediary or authorised licensee supplying equipment for settlement construction or demolition.
The documented tank-trailer procurement used the US Army Foreign Military Sales channel, with DRS Sustainment Systems Inc. as contractor and Israel as designated recipient country.7, 6
Infrastructure contracts
No public evidence identified of Leonardo S.p.A. holding a construction or engineering contract to build or expand settlement infrastructure, detention facilities, the separation barrier, or military installations in occupied territory.
The available corporate evidence primarily identifies aerospace, electronics, military platforms and associated services, with the additional documented Israeli tank-trailer contract concerning military vehicle transportation.22, 7, 6
Supply Chain Integration with Defence Primes
Lockheed Martin - F-35 targeting equipment
[pre-2020] On 15 September 2015, Finmeccanica’s Selex ES business announced a contract from Lockheed Martin for 165 additional advanced targeting lasers for the F-35 Lightning II Electro-Optical Targeting System.23
[pre-2020] The company specified that the targeting laser supports precision ranging and targeting by fighter-aircraft crews and that the contract followed earlier F-35 targeting-laser orders.23
Campaign Against Arms Trade identified Leonardo’s Edinburgh operation as a manufacturer of targeting lasers for the F-35 and identified Leonardo among UK suppliers involved in the multinational programme used by Israel.24
F-35 supply-chain attribution
In shareholder answers published in May 2026, Leonardo S.p.A. stated that its Cameri wing assemblies and maintenance activities performed for Lockheed Martin were not destined for Israeli F-35 aircraft.5
That company statement concerns the specified Cameri activities; the independently documented 2015 Selex ES targeting-laser supply contract is a different product and production channel.5, 23
The retrieved sources do not establish the serial numbers, quantities or dates of Leonardo/Selex targeting lasers installed in individual Israeli F-35 aircraft.23, 24
Leonardo DRS and RADA
Leonardo’s completed 2022 merger integrated RADA Electronic Industries Ltd. into Leonardo DRS Inc., combining military radar and defence-electronics businesses.20, 17, 18
Leonardo subsequently identified Leonardo DRS as a 71.6%-owned group investee in a corporate announcement dated 10 July 2025.25
DRS Sustainment Systems and Israeli military logistics
DRS Sustainment Systems Inc. was a wholly owned subsidiary of Engineered Support Systems Inc., itself wholly owned by Leonardo DRS Inc., according to Leonardo’s 2024 scope-of-consolidation schedule.10
The Leonardo DRS fiscal-year 2024 SEC subsidiary exhibit independently identifies DRS Sustainment Systems Inc. as a subsidiary.9
The contractor’s US Army contract W56HZV-24-C-0020 therefore provides a separately identifiable subsidiary-level Israeli military procurement relationship within the Leonardo group.7, 6, 9, 10
The relationship involves heavy-duty tank trailers rather than a publicly identified radar, aircraft targeting system or ammunition supply.7, 6
MBDA and other strategic holdings
Leonardo identified MBDA as a 25%-owned investment, HENSOLDT as a 22.8%-owned investment, Telespazio as a 67%-owned investment, Thales Alenia Space as a 33%-owned investment, ATR as a 50%-owned investment and Avio as a 29.6%-owned investment in July 2025.25
In its May 2026 shareholder answers, Leonardo explained that MBDA’s strategic decisions were governed through MBDA’s own corporate bodies and that MBDA Inc. operated under a separate US security governance arrangement.5
No independently verified, transaction-specific Israeli weapons transfer attributable to Leonardo’s MBDA shareholding was established by the retrieved documents.

Additional Israeli defence-prime relationships
No public evidence identified establishing a separate, named Leonardo component contract with Elbit Systems, Israel Aerospace Industries, Rafael Advanced Defense Systems or Israel Military Industries during the research period.
No public evidence identified establishing Leonardo’s participation in an additional named Israeli joint-development or licensed weapons-production programme beyond the documented corporate and procurement relationships.
Logistical Sustainment & Base Services
M-346 sustainment
[pre-2020] Leonardo’s 2016 announcement states that the Israeli M-346 contract included maintenance, logistics, simulators and training, alongside delivery of the 30 aircraft.2
Maintenance Wings, an Israeli aviation-maintenance company, identifies the M-346 Lavi among aircraft maintained under its Israeli Air Force programmes and dates its participation to 2014.26
The Maintenance Wings description identifies work on aircraft and engines but does not, by itself, establish the complete chain of contracts between that company and Leonardo.26
Continuing contractual support
In May 2026, Leonardo stated that previously licensed contracts covering M-346 materials and services remained under execution after Italian authorities suspended new authorisations following October 2023.5
The company did not publish a full delivery-by-delivery breakdown in the retrieved answers, so the dates, quantities and amounts of individual post-July 2024 M-346 shipments remain unverified.5
Naval sustainment
Leonardo reported that it supplied approximately €465,000 in 76/62 naval-gun spare parts and equipment between October 2023 and the end of 2024, including approximately €227,000 in warranty-related shipments.5
This admission establishes continuing material support under earlier contractual authorisations during a period extending beyond 19 July 2024 and November 2024; the cited response does not allocate shipment amounts between those periods.5
Heavy-duty tank trailers
DRS Sustainment Systems Inc. received a $15,375,000 US Army contract on 27 December 2023 for heavy-duty tank trailers under Israeli Foreign Military Sales case IS-ZJY.6
A further $91,250,000 modification announced on 25 September 2025 brought the reported cumulative contract face value to $106,624,999 and revised the estimated completion date to 28 February 2029.7, 8
The procurement concerns the transportation of heavy military equipment, although the contract reporting does not establish the number of trailers, particular Israeli military receiving units or actual deployment locations.7, 6
Geography
Leonardo’s 2022 naval-gun acceptance ceremony occurred at Haifa naval base, as described in contemporaneous reporting and subsequently addressed in the company’s 2026 disclosures.5
Maintenance Wings identifies Israeli Air Force maintenance programmes at Hatzerim and other air bases, but its public description does not prove Leonardo personnel performed each activity at those locations.26
The US Army identified West Plains, Missouri, as the original tank-trailer contract work location and Bridgeton, Missouri, as the work location associated with the September 2025 modification.7, 6
No public evidence identified of Leonardo supplying military logistics services at a named installation in the occupied West Bank, East Jerusalem or occupied Golan Heights.
No public evidence identified establishing the eventual Israeli deployment locations of tank trailers supplied under W56HZV-24-C-0020.
Additional military services
No public evidence identified of Leonardo supplying catering, fuel, waste management, freight forwarding, port handling, or general facilities services directly to IDF bases.
No public evidence identified of a separate Leonardo shipping contract specifically transporting Israeli military cargo.
The DSCA announcement of 12 September 2024 expressly estimated that deliveries under the notified heavy-duty tank-trailer programme would begin in 2027. Contemporary defence-industry reporting independently reproduced that projected commencement date. As of 27 October 2026, the stated delivery commencement remained in the future. The projection does not establish the delivery status of trailers potentially procured under the earlier 2020 or 2023 contracts, and the reviewed sources provide no serial numbers, shipping records, acceptance certificates or completed-delivery quantities for those earlier awards.12, 27
2020–27 October 2026 - no public evidence identified: searches covering DRS Sustainment Systems contracts W56HZV-20-C-0056 and W56HZV-24-C-0020, Foreign Military Sales case IS-B-ZJY, the September 2024 DSCA notification, the November 2025 Federal Register publication, defence procurement reporting, Israeli military receipt or acceptance, and operational use of Leonardo DRS heavy-duty tank trailers did not establish a verified physical delivery to Israeli forces or operational deployment of a trailer attributable to these contracts. An AFP photograph reproduced by Janes shows an Israeli tank loading onto a trailer near Gaza on 2 January 2024, but the available caption does not identify its manufacturer, model or procurement contract. It therefore cannot substantiate delivery or use of Leonardo DRS equipment. The documentary record supports confirmed procurement awards and a proposed additional sale, while actual delivery and Israeli operational use remain unverified.12, 13, 27, 11
Munitions, Weapons Systems & Strategic Platforms
76/62 Super Rapido naval guns
Leonardo confirmed in May 2026 that it signed a 2019 contract with Israel’s Ministry of Defence for naval 76/62 Super Rapido Multi-Feeding systems and that the systems were delivered by May 2023, apart from an undelivered training installation.5
Contemporary reporting in September 2022 described the acceptance of Leonardo’s 76/62 Super Rapido naval gun aboard Israeli Sa’ar 6 corvettes and identified the system’s anti-air, anti-surface and anti-missile roles.28
Leonardo’s confirmation of post-October 2023 spare-parts and equipment deliveries establishes support to the naval-gun system after the original platform deliveries.5
M-346 military aviation
[pre-2020] The Israeli Air Force acquired 30 Leonardo/Alenia Aermacchi M-346 aircraft for advanced military pilot training, with deliveries completed during 2014–2016.2, 3
The retrieved original procurement description concerns advanced trainer aircraft and associated support, without confirming procurement of an armed Israeli M-346 variant.2
F-35 critical targeting components
[pre-2020] Selex ES manufactured targeting lasers under a direct 2015 Lockheed Martin contract for the F-35 Electro-Optical Targeting System, a subsystem designed to support precision weapons targeting.23
Campaign Against Arms Trade identifies Leonardo as an F-35 targeting-laser supplier and Israel as an F-35 operator, while the precise component-level allocation remains undocumented in the sources reviewed.24
Group military radar systems
Leonardo’s 2022 RADA transaction integrated military tactical radar products into Leonardo DRS, including radar systems marketed for force protection and counter-drone roles.16, 20
The available merger disclosures do not identify specific Israeli purchases of those radar systems after the transaction.16, 20
Military transport systems
DRS Sustainment Systems Inc.’s documented US Army contract for Israeli heavy-duty tank trailers represents a military logistics platform procurement rather than a publicly documented Leonardo supply of ammunition or an armed combat vehicle.7, 6
The US Army’s September 2025 modification identifies continued procurement of heavy-duty tank trailers but does not describe the weapons systems or armoured vehicles subsequently transported.7, 8
Munitions
No public evidence identified establishing that Leonardo supplied ammunition, propellants, warheads or explosives under the identified M-346 or naval-gun contracts.
No public evidence identified proving Leonardo supplied 76 mm naval ammunition to Israeli forces after October 2023; confirmed spare-parts shipments are separately documented.
Strategic missile-defence systems
No public evidence identified establishing a specific Leonardo contract supplying Iron Dome, David’s Sling or Arrow missile-defence components directly to Israeli forces.
No public evidence identified establishing Leonardo as a direct supplier of components for Israeli main battle tanks or ballistic-missile programmes.
Export Licensing, Regulatory & Legal History
UK export licensing
On 2 September 2024, the UK government suspended export licences assessed to cover items for Israeli military operations in Gaza, while retaining a limited exception for the multinational F-35 programme.29
In a parliamentary answer dated 19 December 2024 responding to a question specifically about Leonardo UK products, the UK government explained the suspension policy but did not identify specific Leonardo components used in Gaza.30
Campaign Against Arms Trade’s FOI-based analysis identified Leonardo UK Ltd as having six Single Individual Export Licences issued between October 2021 and December 2024, one pending application, one withdrawn or stopped application, and one Open Individual Export Licence; Leonardo UK was also listed as registered for the F-35 Open General Export Licence.24
The UK government’s July 2025 licensing data recorded aggregate approved and refused applications, but the cited government figures do not identify Leonardo as the licensee for each transaction.31
CAAT reported in May 2026 that new UK authorisations included targeting-equipment and military-training-related categories; its announcement does not demonstrate that Leonardo held those newly identified individual licences.32
Italian authorisations
In its May 2026 shareholder responses, Leonardo stated that the Italian authorities had stopped issuing new relevant military-export authorisations following October 2023.5
Leonardo also stated that earlier authorisations remained valid for certain M-346 supply and service contracts still in execution in May 2026.5
The company attributed its naval-gun spare-parts deliveries during October 2023–2024 to contracts and export licences issued before the suspension of new authorisations.5
US Foreign Military Sales - tank-trailer contract
The US Army’s December 2023 award to DRS Sustainment Systems Inc. identifies Israel as the beneficiary country under the Foreign Military Sales process.6
The September 2025 modification explicitly records a further $91,250,000 contractual action financed through fiscal-year 2025 Foreign Military Sales for Israel.7, 8
The available contract announcements do not identify an export-control violation, sanctions penalty or adverse regulatory determination concerning the tank-trailer procurement.7, 8, 6
Litigation
On 29 September 2025, seven Italian civil-society organisations and a Palestinian claimant initiated proceedings in the Civil Court of Rome seeking the annulment of Leonardo-related military supply contracts with Israel.33
The participating organisations publicly announced the legal action on 20 November 2025; their allegations concern the legality of military supply arrangements and remain claims advanced by litigants rather than judicial findings.33
On 22 May 2026, ARCI reported that the court had moved the proceedings towards their final phase and had not accepted Leonardo’s request to bring the State of Israel into the case.34
On 16 October 2026, ARCI reported that the concluding hearing had been replaced by written submissions and that the judge would have 90 days to issue a decision.35
No final judgment was identified in the opened material as of 26 October 2026.35
Additional enforcement
No public evidence identified of a final sanctions or export-control enforcement penalty imposed on Leonardo specifically for its Israeli defence relationships.
No public evidence identified of an OECD National Contact Point final determination against Leonardo concerning those relationships.
Civil Society Scrutiny & Documented Investigations
Campaign Against Arms Trade
CAAT’s September 2025 investigation identifies Leonardo UK as a contributor to F-35 targeting systems and documents export-licensing activity under its FOI-derived company register.24
CAAT’s broader examination identifies Leonardo among the multinational manufacturers whose components contribute to the F-35 aircraft operated by Israel.36
CAAT expressly distinguishes registration for the F-35 export framework from proof that every registered company currently exports components; this qualification applies to interpretation of Leonardo’s registration.24
Legal campaigning
The legal action announced in November 2025 names Leonardo S.p.A. and the Italian State as defendants in proceedings concerning military supplies to Israel.33
The claimant organisations include AssoPacePalestina, A Buon Diritto, ATTAC Italia, ARCI, ACLI, Pax Christi and Un Ponte Per, alongside the Palestinian claimant Hala Abulebdeh.33
ARCI’s October 2026 publication documents the continuing public campaign around the litigation and the submission of final written arguments.35
Corporate response
In its shareholder answers published in May 2026, Leonardo denied exporting armaments to Israel through its Cameri F-35 manufacturing activities and stated that those components and services were not destined for the Israeli State.5
The same answers confirmed the 2019 Israeli naval-gun contract, post-October 2023 spare-parts deliveries and continuing M-346 contracts under older licences.5
Leonardo described its operations as compliant with Italian and international export rules; this is the company’s stated position rather than an independent legal determination.5
Ownership and principal record
The Italian Ministry of Economy and Finance held approximately 30.204% of Leonardo voting capital in Leonardo’s 8 June 2021 base prospectus, making it the identified shareholder exceeding the 10% threshold.37
Leonardo’s 7 May 2026 shareholder resolutions confirm the appointment of a new 12-member board and the nomination of Francesco Macrì as chairman.38
