ServiceNow’s principal Israel-linked economic exposure is ownership and operation of Israeli technology businesses and engineering teams rather than a physical-goods supply chain. SEC records list ServiceNow A.B. Israel 2012 Ltd as an Israeli subsidiary, and a 2014 filing described the Neebula acquisition as establishing substantial engineering operations in Israel.1, 2 The group has repeatedly added Israeli-developed software through acquisition, including SkyGiraffe, Loom Systems and several 2026 AI/cyber transactions.3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9

No public evidence identified of ServiceNow sourcing agricultural goods, settlement-manufactured physical products, minerals or other material inputs from Israeli settlements. As an enterprise-software company, the economically material identified relationship is local software engineering and acquisition rather than merchandise sourcing.

Product Origin, Labeling & Regulatory Compliance

ServiceNow sells a global cloud software platform; the reviewed sources do not identify a consumer-goods country-of-origin labeling issue. The Israeli operation contributes software engineering and acquired technology. For example, Loom Systems was an Israel-based AIOps acquisition, while the 2026 acquisitions add cyber, AI and observability capabilities.4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9

No public evidence identified of ServiceNow marketing settlement-made goods as originating within Israel, or of a regulatory action concerning settlement-origin labeling.

Investment, Capital & Financial Exposure

ServiceNow has committed substantial capital to Israeli-origin operating companies. Its 2017 SEC filing recorded approximately $32 million consideration for SkyGiraffe.3 The 2020 Loom Systems acquisition added another Israel-based software company; the price was not disclosed in the retrievable primary release.4 In 2026, CTech reported ServiceNow’s acquisition of Israeli Traceloop, while Traceloop itself announced it was joining ServiceNow.5, 6

The largest transaction is Armis. ServiceNow announced the acquisition in December 2025 and completed it on 20 April 2026 for $7.75 billion in cash, with Armis employees joining ServiceNow.10, 11 That is controlling operating ownership, not passive portfolio exposure.

ServiceNow continued Israeli acquisition activity after Armis. ai.work announced an agreement to be acquired in July 2026, with CTech describing the transaction as another Israeli acquisition; CTech then reported in September 2026 that ServiceNow acquired Israeli startup Sweep for hundreds of millions of dollars.7, 8, 9 IVC’s current ServiceNow Israel profile likewise characterizes the local entity as an R&D centre and records the acquisition sequence.12

Operational Presence & Market Activity

ServiceNow maintains an active Israeli operation rather than a historic shell subsidiary. Current ServiceNow careers pages list jobs in Petah Tikva and Tel Aviv, including Armis positions and product-security engineering.13, 14 The completed acquisition placed Armis employees inside ServiceNow.11

The local operation predates Armis. A 2020 Globes report described ServiceNow’s earlier Israeli development centre and Loom acquisition, while the 2014 SEC filing described substantial engineering operations created through Neebula.2, 15 Globes reported in January 2024 that ServiceNow employed about 200 people in Israel and that its R&D centre had expanded through Neebula, SkyGiraffe, Appsee and Loom Systems.16

ServiceNow’s 2023 annual report stated that customers in the regions affected by the Israel/Gaza and Ukraine conflicts represented an immaterial portion of consolidated revenues and net assets.17 That disclosure does not break out Israel separately and does not quantify current 2026 Israeli-market revenue.

No public evidence identified of a ServiceNow office, subsidiary, named customer deployment or directly attributed revenue in an Israeli settlement in the West Bank, East Jerusalem or Golan Heights.

Corporate Structure & Foundational Ties

ServiceNow, Inc. is a U.S. parent and the retrieved subsidiary filing identifies the Israeli company as a subsidiary rather than the group’s headquarters.1 The Israeli operation was built through acquisitions and local engineering rather than the parent being founded in Israel.

The acquired-identity picture is nevertheless substantial. Neebula created Israeli engineering operations in 2014.2 SkyGiraffe followed in 2017.3, 18 Loom Systems followed in 2020.4, 15 IVC also records Appsee and Atrinet among the Israeli acquisitions before the 2026 sequence.12 The 2026 transactions - Traceloop, Armis, ai.work and Sweep - materially expanded controlled Israeli-origin technology and personnel.5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 11

Armis’s founders have Israeli military-technology backgrounds: American Technion Society says Nadir Izrael and Yevgeny Dibrov met in elite IDF technological units, and SecurityWeek identifies Izrael’s Unit 8200 service.19, 20 These biographies do not establish state ownership or a defence contract, but they are relevant to the provenance of the acquired cyber business.

No public evidence identified that the U.S. parent has Israeli tax residency, that its principal place of management is in Israel, or that the parent itself holds Israeli Preferred Technology Enterprise status.

Profit Repatriation & Economic Contribution

The identified facts show direct capital investment, local employment and R&D activity in Israel, including an approximately 200-person pre-Armis operation reported in early 2024 and a much larger acquired cyber workforce after the $7.75 billion Armis transaction.11, 16 Current hiring demonstrates continued local economic activity in 2026.13, 14

Public filings reviewed do not disclose ServiceNow Israel’s standalone revenue, operating profit, Israeli taxes, intercompany royalties, dividend payments or the direction and amount of profit repatriation. No public evidence identified permitting a defensible allocation of global ServiceNow profit to Israel.

The 2023 annual report’s statement that affected-region customers were immaterial to consolidated revenue is the closest retrieved geographic revenue disclosure, but it combines conflict-affected regions and does not isolate Israel.17 no public evidence identified of ServiceNow being designated by the Israeli government as a nationally dominant infrastructure provider or of settlement-specific economic activity.
