On 20 April 2026 it completed the $7.75 billion acquisition of Israeli-founded cybersecurity company Armis; Armis personnel joined ServiceNow and ServiceNow subsequently announced integrated security products. ServiceNow is a software company. No public evidence identified of ServiceNow supplying heavy machinery, demolition equipment, construction plant or physical infrastructure equipment to the Israeli military, prisons, border authorities or settlements.

Supply Chain Integration with Defence Primes

U.S. procurement records show ServiceNow is commonly bought through Carahsoft and Department of Defense enterprise-software channels.6, 9, 10, 11 This establishes reseller-mediated integration into the U.S. defence IT supply chain. The ServiceNow group also has an Israeli engineering footprint and a series of Israeli acquisitions, including the earlier Neebula operation and the 2020 Loom Systems acquisition.4, 14 Those facts establish local technology operations, not defence-prime integration.

Logistical Sustainment & Base Services

The Defense Logistics Agency, Defense Human Resources Activity and naval procurement records demonstrate that ServiceNow software supports administrative and operational IT environments used by U.S. defence organizations.9, 10, 11 The Army and Air Force records likewise concern software and platform support rather than transport, fuel, food, base construction or weapons sustainment.6, 8

Munitions, Weapons Systems & Strategic Platforms

No public evidence identified that ServiceNow or post-acquisition Armis manufactures munitions, weapons, guidance systems, fire-control software, autonomous lethal systems or purpose-built target-generation platforms. The retrieved Armis and ServiceNow materials describe cyber exposure management, workflow automation and security operations.1, 3, 12

Export Licensing, Regulatory & Legal History

No public evidence identified in the retrieved material of an export-control enforcement action, sanctions case or licensing proceeding concerning ServiceNow or Armis technology supplied to the Israeli military or settlement authorities. ServiceNow’s 2023 annual report described Israel/Gaza conflict exposure as a business-risk matter and said customers in the affected regions represented an immaterial portion of consolidated revenue and net assets.15
