The announcement says Pangea and TECH5 delivered hardware and software, with maintenance and continuing support described for the system. Pangea says its headquarters and R&D centre are in Israel. In October 2021, Singapore-incorporated TOTM Technologies announced a US$8 million subscription for TECH5 shares and conversion of a US$2.5 million loan into shares.
