Ukraine communications. Thales’s 2022–23 integrated report records a €1 million humanitarian donation for Ukraine plus employee fundraising/matching.¹ In February 2023, Patrice Caine publicly framed delivery of air-defence equipment as support for protecting Ukraine, and a June 2024 Thales release records further agreements with Ukrainian industry and an attributable executive statement of support.^{2, 3} A Thales-hosted 2023 interview with Caine also discusses the company’s defence mission and the role of government export permission.⁴
Comparative public posture.
