Audit date: 2 October 2026 Target: Ubiquiti Inc. (NYSE: UI), the UniFi/UISP networking-equipment manufacturer; unrelated entities using the name “Ubiquity” are excluded.1

Corporate Communications & Public Stance

2026 - corporate baseline and market framing. Ubiquiti’s FY2026 Form 10-K says Robert Pera founded the company in 2005; Ubiquiti sells equipment and related software worldwide through more than 100 distributors, online retailers and direct webstores, and says its devices are used in networking infrastructure in more than 200 countries and territories.1 The filing reports FY2026 EMEA revenue of approximately $1.179 billion, or 36% of total revenue, without disaggregating Israel.1

2026 - geopolitical disclosure. The FY2026 filing specifically identifies the Russia-Ukraine war and China-Taiwan tensions in its forward-looking and risk-factor language, while referring more generally to political unrest, conflicts and uncertainties in the Middle East.1 Ubiquiti’s third-quarter FY2026 Form 10-Q used the same pattern during the year.2 The reviewed passages do not identify Israel, Gaza or Palestinians.1, 2

2024–2025 - first-party Israel-specific product/regulatory communications. On 10 May 2024 Ubiquiti’s official UniFi Building Bridge 3.1.0 release said the firmware added 60 GHz radio support for Israel together with Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Egypt, Kazakhstan, Morocco, Nigeria and Thailand.3 On 13 November 2025 its Wave PTMP/PTP 4.1.0-RC3 release listed “Aligned main radio regulatory requirements for Israel” as an improvement.4 The final Wave PTMP/PTP 4.1.0 release on 17 December 2025 repeated that Israel-specific regulatory alignment.5 In the same official release discussion, UI-Team told an Israel-based user that Israel had adopted updated requirements for the 60 GHz band, which could affect channel-bandwidth choices such as 2160 MHz.5

The Israel-specific release-note wording is product- and radio-regulatory in subject and audience.5, 3, 4 Ubiquiti also publishes comparable country-specific regulatory changes for other markets: GigaBeam 1.4.5 updated radio regulatory settings for multiple jurisdictions in March 2024; AF60/AF60-LR 2.6.6 aligned radio requirements for Italy and the United Kingdom in June 2025; and the UniFi AP 8.3.2 release added or updated 6 GHz regulatory support for Ukraine, Pakistan and South Korea in December 2025.6, 7, 8 No political endorsement, advocacy, sponsorship, military-support language or settlement-support language appears in the cited 2024/2025 Israel-specific release notes.5, 3, 4

2026 - comparative public posture. In March 2026 the Kyiv Independent reported that Pussy Riot protested at Ubiquiti’s Manhattan headquarters over alleged Russian military use of Ubiquiti Wi-Fi bridges; the report stated that Ubiquiti had not responded to the outlet’s request for comment by publication.9 This establishes public scrutiny and a reported non-response in that separate conflict context; it does not establish that Ubiquiti authorized Russian military use.9 No public Ubiquiti statement supporting Israel, supporting Palestinians, calling for a ceasefire or otherwise addressing the Israel-Gaza war was identified in the focused searches conducted for this audit.

Ubiquiti’s investor-relations filing index, current at the time of research, lists the FY2026 Form 10-K filed on 21 August 2026 and the latest proxy statement as the 24 October 2025 filing.10

Operations in Occupied or Contested Territories

Current Israel market support. The 10 May 2024 UniFi Building Bridge release and 17 December 2025 Wave release are affirmative manufacturer communications that support Israel as a configured radio/regulatory market.5, 3 They do not identify customers, contracts, government partners, military users, settlement users or political partners.5, 3

Current channel claims; manufacturer attribution limited. Lan-Tech states that it is the “sole Distributor & Master Reseller” of Ubiquiti in Israel and the Palestinian Authority.11 Lan-Tech also describes itself as serving government bodies, educational institutions, medical centers and private-sector customers, but its company profile does not identify any government customer as a Ubiquiti customer.12 Telran separately states that it is the “official representative” of Ubiquiti in Israel and lists the Palestinian Authority among Telran’s broader institutional customers/projects; that page does not say that the Palestinian Authority uses Ubiquiti products.13 Because the two channel companies make overlapping status claims and Ubiquiti’s own distributor finder does not, in the web-rendered text reviewed here, resolve those Israel-specific claims, this audit does not infer exclusivity, an end-customer relationship or a military/state contract from the reseller pages alone.14

[pre-2020] historical Israeli-government regulatory interaction. The Ubiquiti Community thread “Downloads to ISRAEL blocked - indefinitely?” has retrievable publication metadata of 24 February 2017 at 11:45:13 UTC.15 The thread contains an accepted UI-Team response saying that blocking downloads from Israel-based IP addresses originated from UBNT amid ongoing discussions with the Israeli Ministry of Communications and that UBNT was seeking a solution.15 A separate UI-Team post on the same thread says downloads from ubnt.com in Israel were blocked “as a result of a direct request from the Israeli government” and directs users to the Israel distributor for firmware/software.15 The exact timestamp of the accepted UI-Team reply was not verified; this audit therefore does not assign that reply a 2016 date.15 The thread describes the restriction as temporary, but the reviewed public record does not establish the exact date on which it ended.15

The 2024 and 2025 first-party release notes establish later Israel-specific product/regulatory support, but they do not by themselves establish the termination date or formal rescission of the earlier download restriction.5, 15, 3

Settlement and boycott databases. Ubiquiti does not appear by name in the text-searchable 2025 OHCHR settlement-business database reviewed for this audit.16 OHCHR’s accompanying release says the 2025 update lists 158 enterprises from 11 countries, while noting that submissions concerned 596 businesses and that the update covered only part of the businesses under review.17 The report states that the database’s mandate is limited to specified settlement-related activities and does not cover Gaza or the occupied Syrian Golan.16 The 2023 OHCHR briefing note describes the earlier review of the settlement-business database and the removal of 15 companies then found to be ceasing or no longer involved in listed activities.18

Ubiquiti was likewise not identified by name in the live text checks of A/HRC/59/23 or the BDS Movement’s corporate-priority guide.19, 20 Those non-listings are bounded database/search findings, not proof that no Israel/Palestine-related commercial use exists.

Territorial presence, legal scrutiny and campaigns. No public evidence identified of a Ubiquiti-owned facility, branch, sponsored event, direct contract or settlement-specific dealership in an Israeli settlement or other occupied territory. No public evidence identified of a Ubiquiti-specific legal or regulatory proceeding concerning settlement activity. No organized BDS campaign naming Ubiquiti as a priority target was identified in the reviewed BDS guide.20

Internal Governance, Content & Retail Policies

Employee relations. No public evidence identified of Ubiquiti disciplining employees for pro-Palestinian speech, political symbols, organizing or related advocacy. Ubiquiti’s published Code of Business Conduct and Ethics states general equal-opportunity and anti-retaliation policies, but it does not contain an Israel/Palestine-specific speech policy in the material reviewed.21

Platform and editorial policy. No public evidence identified of an Israel/Palestine content-moderation or algorithmic-suppression controversy attributable to Ubiquiti. The company’s FY2026 filing describes UniFi and UISP as network-management/connectivity platforms rather than public social-media or editorial platforms.1

Retail and supply-chain practices. No public evidence identified of Ubiquiti labeling or sourcing rules specific to Israeli or settlement-origin products. The current Israel-facing evidence located in this audit concerns networking-product regulatory support and distributor/reseller channels.5, 11, 13, 3

Brand Heritage & State Partnerships

Marketing positioning and foundational heritage. Ubiquiti’s FY2026 business description presents the company as a networking-technology developer for enterprises, service providers, industrial environments and smart homes; it does not present military heritage or a state-security founding mandate.1

State interactions. The 2017 thread records a historical [pre-2020] Israeli-government/MOC regulatory interaction concerning download restrictions and product compliance.15 The 2024 and 2025 first-party release notes record later Israel-specific radio support/regulatory alignment.5, 3, 4 None of these sources describes a political sponsorship, military partnership, settlement partnership or public-advocacy arrangement.5, 15, 3, 4 no public evidence identified of Ubiquiti accepting an Israeli state honor, sponsoring a “Brand Israel” campaign or entering a disclosed non-commercial political/cultural partnership with an Israeli state institution.

Lobbying, Advocacy, Financing & Logistics

Political-contribution policy. Ubiquiti’s current corporate-governance page continues to publish its Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.22 The Code states that company funds or assets may not be used for political campaigns or political practices without prior written approval from the Legal Department and, where required, the Board.21 This is an authorization policy, not evidence that Ubiquiti made any political contribution.

Lobbying and advocacy. No public evidence identified. Focused searches of U.S. lobbying records and public web indexes identified no public evidence of Ubiquiti lobbying on Israel-Palestine policy, anti-BDS legislation, settlement policy or related trade measures.

Financial contributions and crisis mobilization. No public evidence identified of Ubiquiti corporate donations to the IDF, Friends of the IDF, JNF/KKL, settlement organizations, Israeli reservist funds, military-welfare bodies or Israel/Palestine advocacy groups. No public evidence identified of free Ubiquiti equipment, services or logistics supplied by the company to Israeli military/state operations after 7 October 2023.

Corporate Structure & Primary Mission

Controlling shareholder. Ubiquiti’s FY2025 Form 10-K identifies Robert J. Pera as founder, chair and CEO, states that he controls a majority of the voting power, and reports that he beneficially owned 56,278,181 common shares as of 22 August 2025.23 The FY2024 Form 10-K reports the same 56,278,181-share position as of 23 August 2024 and likewise describes him as the controlling majority shareholder, establishing continuity across those filings.24 Ubiquiti’s current board page continues to identify Pera as CEO, chairman and its largest stockholder.25

Subsidiaries. Ubiquiti’s FY2026 Form 10-K includes Exhibit 21.1 naming Ubiquiti Holdings LLC (Delaware) and Ubiquiti (Taiwan) Sales Limited (Taiwan), while stating that Ubiquiti has additional subsidiaries not named because, in aggregate, they would not constitute a significant subsidiary.1 The exhibit therefore cannot be used to infer that Ubiquiti has no Israeli legal entity.

Primary mission. The FY2026 filing describes Ubiquiti’s mission and business around global networking technology, internet access and IT-management products; no public evidence identified in the reviewed charter/governance material of an explicit corporate mandate to advance Israeli state geopolitical goals.1, 22

Executive & Leadership Footprint

Robert J. Pera. Because Pera is founder, chair, CEO, largest stockholder and controlling majority shareholder, his documented personal political conduct is within the requested controlling-principal review.23, 25 Focused live searches for Pera with Israel, Gaza, Palestine, AIPAC, FIDF, JNF/KKL, settlement organizations and Israeli military-welfare causes produced no source sufficient to attribute a donation, board role, fundraising effort, public statement, anti-BDS activity or settlement endorsement to him.

Other leadership. Ubiquiti’s current board page identifies its directors and their professional backgrounds; no Israel/Palestine advocacy role or donation by a listed director was identified in the focused searches conducted for this audit.25

Constructive-notice/current-activity check. Post-19 July 2024 and post-November 2024 evidence includes the November/December 2025 Wave product/regulatory communications for the Israeli market, ordinary channel activity, corporate filings and the 2025–2026 database/search checks described above.1, 5, 11, 13, 16, 4 The Wave communications are expressly about radio-regulatory alignment and device configuration.5, 4 no public evidence identified of Ubiquiti or Pera beginning or escalating political advocacy, settlement sponsorship, military-welfare financing, anti-BDS lobbying or Israel/Palestine crisis-asset mobilization after those dates.
