On 23 April 2026, the Israel Airports Authority published procurement-exemption notice 44/2026 identifying ABB Technologies Ltd (ABB טכנולוגיות בע”מ) as the supplier of support services for MicroSCADA Pro SYS600 industrial control software installed in high-voltage electrical systems at Ben Gurion Airport. The notice explicitly identifies ABB Technologies Ltd as the supplier and specifies a contractual service period from 9 June 2026 to 8 June 2028. This establishes a documented Israeli critical-infrastructure deployment of ABB industrial control technology and a procurement arrangement for its continued support. The notice does not independently establish the original installation date, contract value, or whether the full support period will be performed as scheduled.16
Israel Airports Authority procurement-exemption notice 44/2026 - documented contemporary supplier relationship: The Israel Airports Authority’s official procurement-exemption notice 44/2026, published on 23 April 2026, expressly names ABB Technologies Ltd (ABB טכנולוגיות בע”מ) as the supplier/customer for an engagement concerning support services for MicroSCADA Pro SYS600 systems manufactured by ABB Technologies Ltd and installed in the high-voltage electrical infrastructure at Ben Gurion Airport. The notice specifies an engagement period beginning 9 June 2026 and ending 8 June 2028, and identifies the underlying procurement action as a committee decision granting an exemption from tender. This establishes a specifically identified Israeli public-infrastructure customer relationship, a named ABB technology product, its operational installation context, and a defined prospective support period. It confirms the existing audit’s statement identifying this procurement arrangement under Named corporate entities and controlling-principal examination and provides direct primary-source evidence of its terms. It also narrows any general assertion that ABB Technologies Ltd’s contemporary Israeli customer or service relationships remain unknown: this particular relationship is publicly documented, although the notice alone does not establish the original installation date, contract value, whether services have actually been performed, or whether other ABB relationships remain active. The documented system concerns civilian airport electrical-infrastructure control and does not independently establish a defence, intelligence or population-surveillance application.16

ABB’s documented response to Who Profits - November 2017: Appendix III of Who Profits’ May 2018 report reproduces an email sent on 30 November 2017 by Adrienne Williams, ABB Asea Brown Boveri Ltd’s Head of Corporate Responsibility. Williams explicitly acknowledged receipt of Who Profits’ letter dated 9 November 2017, which requested ABB’s response to a planned publication concerning its business activities. ABB stated that the draft findings submitted for review were substantially correct, while requesting two factual amendments: Doral Solar should be classified as a local customer rather than a strategic business partner, and ABB’s 2016 revenue should be recorded as USD 33,379,000,000. ABB maintained that its business activities complied with applicable international regulations and that the business cases identified by Who Profits were consistent with this position. This confirms and materially expands the existing audit’s statement under Corporate response that ABB acknowledged receipt of the November 2017 inquiry. It establishes that ABB also substantively accepted the general accuracy of the submitted draft, subject to specified corrections, and defended the regulatory compliance of the activities. The correspondence does not establish that ABB terminated any reported activity, independently verify every underlying allegation, or demonstrate that its legal interpretation was correct.27, 1
